Two Paths, One Journey
Throughout my professional life, I lived in two worlds
On the surface, I was building a career in HR—from consulting to leadership and coaching—across private and public sectors.
I designed leadership programs. Managed organizational change. Coached leaders through complex transitions.
But behind the scenes, I was on a completely different path.
I was a student of personal and spiritual development. Meditation. Eastern philosophy. Energy healing. Breath- and somatic work. Plant medicine.
These weren't separate lives—they informed each other.
My inner practice gave me clarity in the corporate world. It helped me regulate my own system, handle pressure, see beneath the surface of what people were really struggling with.
This dual perspective showed me where the real transformation happens—and it's not where most organizations are looking.

What I bring
The Background:
BA Psychology, MA Anthropology, MA International Business. Certified professional coach since 2016 and 18 years in HR and leadership across startups to global organizations, profit to non-profit, and private to public sector.
The Practice:
Over 20 years immersed in ancient wisdom teachings (Taoism, Buddhism, yogic philosophy), meditation, breathwork, somatic and energy-based practices, and consciousness studies. Trained in energy healing and plant medicine integration.
The Lived Integration:
Multicultural background (Netherlands, Belgium, Chinese heritage).
Mother of three, lived across six countries. A lifelong traveler who's spent extended periods exploring diverse cultures and traditions around the world.
That's why my approach integrates science, lived wisdom, and mind-body-energy work—creating transformation at the level where patterns are actually held.
If you're a woman who has held it all together on the outside while quietly carrying the weight of everything inside —this is who I've dedicated my work to. Because I've lived both sides: the high-performing professional world and the deep inner work that actually creates lasting change.
